This is a magazine about how to be mindfully when you are on the go. It shares tips and ideas that you can try out to get some rest and meditate. Each tip includes an illustration which visualizes my own problems that I got when I tried these tips myself. The conclusion to this project was: It is damn hard to meditate "on the go".
